Here’s something I’ve never talked about publicly:
Once in a while I’m called upon to unstick the stuck traumas that are held within the energetic fields of particular places on Earth.
I know. Weird, right? It’s been going on a long time, even back when I had no interest in energetic fields or the Earth, because the world wasn’t real. And yet this stuff kept showing up for release anyway.
It’s nothing I can take credit for. It just happens all by itself. I get pulled to a specific spot through ordinary circumstance, and once I’m there, a brief episode of energetic alchemy takes place through me. All it requires of me is my willingness. I just have to allow it.
I should point out here that the Earth is completely capable of receiving and transmuting all kinds of energies without any help from you or me, thanks very much. It’s just when those energies are stuck, locked up and unavailable for release (due to prevailing human ideas and beliefs that keep them stuck), that it seems to require a little human help and willingness to get the process rolling.
Anyway, the first time it happened was around 20 years ago, at a scenic spot in Utah’s red rock country. Lovely to look at, but permanently ruined back in the 1960s by the toxic leftovers from careless uranium extraction.
The next time, a number of years later, it was all about releasing the legacy of blood in the soil, from an otherwise beautiful coastal spot on the border between Northern and Southern Ireland.
And then it happened again, while waiting for a ride at a busy terminal inside Munich International Airport, of all places. This time it was about undoing the pain of forced relocation.
It’s through energetic interactions like these, that I’ve come to realize time doesn’t always heal. Traumas of this kind don’t just go away on their own. They are locked onto and held within the Earth’s energetic field, affecting not only the planet itself, but everyone who visits that spot.
The trauma stays, pretty much indefinitely, until someone or something comes along and consciously agrees to be a conduit of release.
Traumas of this kind don’t just go away on their own. They are locked onto and held within the Earth’s energetic field, affecting not only the planet itself, but everyone who visits that spot.
So, what is this amazing energetic process, that unlocks trauma and brings healing, transmutation and release?
Forgiveness, of course.
And you can do it too, brilliantly.
You’ve got this
I know you’ve probably heard it said a thousand times, and each time it’s always and forever true: You yourself are a fully capable conduit of infinite forgiveness, just as you are right now. You already have the onboard equipment to do it. Why? Because you’re a divine being.
In these times of relentlessly rising frequencies, the Earth will shake off the old stuck traumas one way or another, because it can’t not. So a willingness to help clear stuck energetic trauma wherever you happen to find it, is an act of great service. Not only to the planet, but to everyone on it including yourself. The fewer stuck traumas there are, the smoother the transition for all of us.
In the 3 cases I mentioned earlier, I was brought to those spots through no conscious intention of my own, and then the forgiveness process spontaneously happened through me. You can do the same exact thing, but maybe a little more purposefully. You don’t have to wait to be called, in other words.
If you know of a place where hard things have happened, or where the energy of the area just feels heavy...or maybe it’s a place where nobody ever seems to thrive. You can go to that spot and proactively help to clear it, through your willingness to forgive self and other. (Actually this is no different from any other kind of forgiveness; master it here, and use it in every situation.)
So let’s dive deep into this. Let’s break it down energetically, step by step. We’ll take a look at what’s actually going on in each moment of the forgiveness process.
Step 1: Coming into divine neutrality toward yourself
This is the big prerequisite for all that comes afterward, yet it’s a step that’s often overlooked. It’s an essential starting place, because it isn’t you, the personality self who forgives. It isn’t you who unlocks and releases stuck energies. We know this, right? It’s your eternal self, powered by pure divine love, that does the work.
And that self is always here. It’s not separate from you in any way. It’s just waiting patiently behind that denser, lower-frequency belief barrier you tend to hold against it.
So this first crucial step is all about temporarily removing the barrier. You don’t have to worry about inviting the divine self in; it’s already in. You just need to create some space, for it to operate within you. As you.
And that means setting aside your judgments and assumptions about yourself, your disbelief about your own divinity. Do you doubt your own worthiness? Do you doubt your own abilities? It’s a very big club, come on in.
We don’t pretend we’re not feeling those things. Instead we hold them up to the light. Those secret ideas of smallness, or unholiness, or lack of spiritual talent, or whatever it is...we just offer them up to the soft, unjudging radiance of pure divine love. Without telling ourselves stories about it. Without giving it juice. Just acknowledging these not-so-secret beliefs in the light, and simply letting them be.
(Even if maybe you can’t see the light. Some of us can’t. But trusting that it’s there anyway...because it is.)
This opens a space for divine love to step forward.
And. Since we’re living in these peculiar times, I will mention an additional area that might require some illumination. If you’re prone to masking up in public spaces, you would need, first of all, to remove it.
And then (with great tenderness and compassion for the self, of course) you’ll need to allow all feelings of vulnerability and fearfulness that arise, to be offered up to divine love in the same way I just spoke of: Compassionately. Nonjudgmentally. No stories to feed the fears. Just simply letting it all be witnessed by love itself.
(With divine love present in this way, understand that you’re not putting yourself or anyone else at risk by removing your face covering. There’s simply no such thing as the transmission of cooties, in the frequency bandwidth where pure love resides. It doesn’t exist. Which is why it’s necessary to offer up your own limiting beliefs about it, if you want to create space for the divine to step forward within you.)
So ok, here we are. You’ve set divine neutrality in motion. Energetically, this means you’ve just engaged in a powerful form of forgiveness: You’ve been willing to let your self-misperceptions of smallness and limitation be witnessed in the neutral light of divine love. That’s huge. You’ve begun the energetic unlocking process, or rather, your divine self has.
Worlds within worlds are now available for healing and release through you. So it’s time now to direct all that newly available divine power, (which can only be wielded by the divine self, of course) by focusing your attention upon a specific recipient.
Step 2: Coming into divine neutrality toward others
In most cases of stuck Earth energies, (or stuck energies in general) we would tend to perceive good guys and bad guys in the storylines about it. Right? But that’s precisely what’s causing the stuckness.
So, having already opened ourselves up to self-forgiveness in the previous step, we now do the same for both the good guys and the bad guys, who have been endlessly locked in this grim energetic dance of unforgiveness together.
I’ll share an example, from the Utah uranium situation I mentioned earlier. I was there with a friend who knew the history of the place. As she spoke of it, her tears flowed. “They raped this beautiful land,” she said, sobbing.
It was these words that initiated the spontaneous action of forgiveness. I felt a great energetic upliftment as my divine self flowed in and took over.
“The rapists are made of divine love,” I replied.
Instantly I felt the stuck Earth energies of grief and pain unlock, and dissolve into love. It took no effort, and no time at all.
That’s the power of real forgiveness.
Like I said, I didn’t do it, I just allowed it to happen through me. But let’s look a little closer at what happened. Let's look at what it actually means to allow. Here’s a blow-by-blow of what took place, on an energetic level.
Firstly, I did not resist or judge her use of the word rape to describe the desecration. (My somewhat judgey personality self might ordinarily have objected a little, but it wasn’t in charge.)
I could’ve let my personal self get in the way if I really wanted to, but instead I chose to stick with the divine self. Which meant I simply allowed my friend’s viewpoint, with infinite acceptance and compassion for her, and it.
This decision to ignore my own opinion and stay with love instead, assured the continuing unrestricted flow of divine forgiveness already in progress.
This decision to ignore my own opinion and stay with love instead, assured the continuing unrestricted flow of divine forgiveness already in progress.
It wasn’t a difficult choice.
At the time, I was fully immersed in the unbroken frequency field of divine love.
When you’re touching into that sacred energetic field, it’s self evident that absolutely everything and everyone is made of that, and nothing else. So I simply spoke truth. Not as a judgment or correction to what she had said.
The rapists are made of divine love. It was just a neutral statement of what is.
Included in that perfect knowing of divine oneness with all that is, was the equal holiness of all who had suffered or died there. They too, were neutrally held in infinite compassion. Their situation was fully acknowledged. Nevertheless, rapists and victims, to use my friend’s terminology, are made of identical stuff at the level of eternal truth. And trust me, eternal truth is where you want to point your compass.
But there’s more to it: Not only are you recognizing firsthand that the victims and victimizers are made of equal and identical stuff. You are knowing yourself as part of this same universal field of love, and so you are feeling deepest reverence for the holiness of the rapists. Right alongside the holiness of those who suffered. And it’s all quite beautiful. Because all of that exquisite holiness is yours, too.
The acts of desecration themselves were not condoned. Harm is never condoned or excused away. Instead it’s the white-knuckled energetic coupling of good guys and bad guys; the unending deathgrip of unforgiveness, that is addressed and received, in perfectly neutral nonjudgment.
Everything about those uranium-soaked events in Utah were witnessed by the divine self as me, with infinitely compassionate neutrality. And of course I experienced it that way too...because the divine self was me. The divine self, in charge of my body, mind and energetic field. Because I was willing to allow it.
In that frequency field of divine love, only truth is upheld, because only truth is valued. Nothing else holds any weight, in its presence. And so, with your choice to allow it, all that stuck stuff instantly releases and transmutes into love.
The big deal about divine neutrality
So let’s be clear about what divine neutrality actually entails, because it’s so important to the forgiveness process. There are 2 parts to it.
The first one is pretty obvious: Nonjudgment.
Forgiveness can’t work if you’re still calling the bad guy a bad guy. Right? You have him all tied up in your tangled knots of misperception. There’s no room for divinity in there. So from an energetic perspective, dropping your judgments means you’re agreeing to back away and create some space for the divine self to step forward.
The second part is a little more subtle: It’s a willingness to disbelieve the stories in your own mind. It’s the humble recognition that you actually don’t know anything you think you know...and probably wouldn’t recognize real truth if it bit you in the ass. (Because our minds are not actually wired for real truth. Our world does not currently contain any real truth. Maybe you’ve noticed.)
So what’s actually true, I might ask myself, about this person I’ve always thought of as the bad guy? Damned if I know.
Energetically, this humble recognition is what opens the door wider. Because, when you don’t believe, or listen to, your own mind, it means you’re able to stay out of the way throughout the forgiveness process. You’re able to fully allow.
Because here’s the thing. Your mind will still be along for the ride, while you’re engaged in forgiveness. And it’ll probably still be whispering (or shouting) its usual objections. And you always have the choice, of what you want to listen to. Neutrality helps you turn away from the noise, and lean in deeper, resting within the divine as you.
Energetically speaking, this is the key that opens the lock of forgiveness. It’s where healing and transmutation come from. Because it allows the divine self to work unhampered, in other words. Without you getting in the way.
So that’s what divine neutrality actually means. That’s what forgiveness in action really is.
And you can do it.
Everybody can.
It only takes a moment...in truth.
