Love in progress: The breakup of old realities
What is reality anyway? Plus the incredible options open to you, in these phenomenal times.
What is reality?
That’s an incredibly pertinent question for us all, these days. It’s not philosophical; it’s not ivory-tower intellectual, or even abstractly spiritual. It’s actually just about the most practical, down to earth question you could possibly ask at this time.
Me, I’ve been asking it for a very long time.
Because I’ve been noticing weird anomalies about time, space and the relative nature of reality, ever since I was a child. Things I had no explanation for. Things nobody else around me seemed to experience.
It turns out those people were living slightly different realities from mine. Realities in which time and space behaved consistently, predictably, and firmly inside the box, in all the ways we were told they should.
So what was up with me, then?
For the first few decades of life, I assumed it was some strange flaw in my own construction. Only later did physics, metaphysics and spiritual practices gradually show me that what I thought were weaknesses in my wiring, were in fact gifts. Strengths. Antennae, apparently tuned ever so slightly more finely than average, toward the truth that is emerging now, in these times.
Because the magnificent truth that is emerging now, within and without every single one of us, is starting to cause a radical rejigging of time, space, and reality as we have known it.
It sounds freaky, but this is ultimately a good thing. Really.
So let’s buckle up and take a closer look at what all of this is about. Shall we?
Rolling with it
To illustrate this discussion of time, space and overlapping realities, we can start with an odd and otherwise inconsequential little story of my own:
Recently I pressure canned a dozen jars of pasta sauce, made from this summer’s tomato harvest. Nothing unusual there.
After checking that all twelve jars had been vacuum sealed correctly, I stored them away on pantry shelves and forgot about them. As you do.
Last week I brought in some more things to store on the shelves below those jars of pasta sauce. As I opened the doors, I was dismayed to see one of the sauce jars had blown its seal—apparently the contents had somehow become contaminated before sealing, creating a buildup of gases within the jar. It then blew with such a force that the sturdy metal lid had distorted.
I pulled the jar toward me on the shelf, for a better look. And there, all memory of the incident ends.
Late that night when I thought about it again, I couldn’t remember picking it up in my hand, or carrying it away, or emptying the contents, or washing out the empty jar. I couldn’t even remember leaving it as-is, having pulled it forward to the front of the shelf.
Nothing. Blank.
I only remembered calmly adding the other items to the lower shelves afterward, and walking out of the room. Very weird.
The next morning, I made a beeline for the pantry, flung open the doors…and beheld 12 jars of pasta sauce, all perfect, all snugly vacuum-sealed and sitting nicely together on their shelf, just the way I’d arranged them a few weeks earlier. Along with lower shelves full of the items I’d added the day before.
So…what happened there? Am I cracking up?
(Nope, but thanks for asking.)
It’s reality itself, that is seemingly no longer holding firm. It’s all shifting and rolling around like it’s on ball bearings…which makes for a never-boring day. Maybe you’ve started to experience all of this unpredictable timeline movement for yourself, or maybe you haven’t noticed it yet.
Undoubtedly you’ve noticed time is speeding up. Right? Except, of course, for when it’s slowing way down. This is a push-me-pull-you phenomenon that’s showing up for just about everybody, in one way or another.
It’s all related (as Einstein would’ve confirmed, back in the day). Time, space, and reality itself—these days, they’re all undergoing radical reorganization.
I will explain.
Reality—and by that, I mean this usual worldly one, that we all experience from day to day—has always had an illusory aspect to it. Right? Many spiritual teachings allude to this.
It doesn’t mean our experience of it isn’t real; it doesn’t mean form isn’t real; it doesn’t mean joy and suffering aren’t real. It’s all very fucking real. It simply means the underpinnings of this reality are based fundamentally on falsehood:
Separation. Competition. Winners and losers. Fear and scarcity and lack, and all the ugly by-products of that.
The real world, on the other hand, which has always been the true way of being on this planet, is based in universal truth:
Love and sacredness. Eternal beingness. Oneness of all that is. Infinite abundance, and all the beauty that arises naturally from this open-hearted way of being.
Two very distinct realities. Each entirely real to those experiencing it, but only one of them truly based in reality.
The real world has always been present on this planet—even as it is thoroughly obscured by the false reality we’ve all accepted as our own experience of life. Many spiritual teachings allude to all of this, as well.
So, to recap…prior to these times, we’ve had two distinct (and very stable) realities: The one we all live in, firmly enshrouded by the so-called veil of forgetfulness…and the heaven on earth realm, which has always been present and tangible for those few who’ve been able to access it.
Well, newsflash. Heaven on earth is actually how the earth and all beings including us who live upon it, are supposed to know ourselves and each other. THIS is the real reality of life on earth:
Each of us knowing our own true divine identity; hearts open and attuned to the great sacred truths of oneness, with deepest reverence for life itself. Each one of us a radiant emanation of light and peace, regardless of what’s going on around us.
You may or may not self-identify as ‘meek,’ by the way, but you, and I, and all beings, are in the process of inheriting the earth. The real earth, the heaven on earth. Which has always been ours, in truth.
Because whether anybody likes it or not, frequencies on this planet are rising higher than they’ve ever been before. And there’s no getting round it, try as anyone might.
The great rising
These days, it’s all about the frequencies of this planet. The higher they go, the more supportive they are of divine love and truth…and nothing else.
So what does that mean for the current world as we know it?
A false world is held in place through false means. As the frequencies inexorably continue to rise, only what is aligned with truth can ultimately remain. Everything else breaks apart.
We’ve been talking about all this stuff for ages, right? Years. And now it’s all really happening, slowly but definitely.
Not a drill, in other words. This is the real thing. Old realities are starting to break up, behaving with ever less stability and predictability as time goes on.
So. What I experienced with my pasta sauce is just a strange little bit of evidence of slip-sliding realities. There was an unstable timeline moment of an apparently faulty canning process—followed, for no particular reason, by a return to the original timeline where no such contamination problem had ever occurred.
Now-you-see-it-now-you-don’t timelines, seamless and interchangeable, gliding and colliding into one another. Fun, eh?
Even back when there was more stability in the current reality, there was always an element of this.
Because that is the interesting nature of timelines, and the possibilities they each contain:
Different timeline possibilities all occupy the exact same space and time. The only thing separating them is the frequency bandwidth that each possibility is operating on.
I only realized this phenomenon five years ago, when a conscious, real-time decision to see my enemies through the eyes of divine truth instead, caused an immediate shift in my physical world:
I was the same, my environment was the same, but my enemies were transformed—gone, actually—and my world (seemingly identical in all other ways) was now full of divine radiance and tangible physical abundance and gifts that hadn’t been there the minute before.
AKA Heaven on earth.

Anyway.
That experience taught me that it’s all completely seamless. Endlessly malleable appearance and form, all occurring in this world. In this ordinary-extraordinary life.
In YOUR ordinary-extraordinary life.
Where you’re able to bring back postcards from heaven on earth, like I did, anytime a significant upward frequency shift occurs within you. Because that’s what you’re fully capable of right now, (divine you), in every single moment.
So…what is the nature of reality, again?
Your keys of entry
The implications here are incredibly exciting, for you, for me and for everyone. The only barrier between one timeline and the next, has always been a mere frequency upgrade. (Or downgrade.)
Put another way, if you want to experience a higher timeline, with higher outcomes, all you’ve ever had to do is align yourself, to the absolute best of your ability, with what’s true.
Timelessly true, I mean. Divinely, universally true. Aligning yourself to it in thought, word and action.
In these times, there are huge, Swiss cheese gaps in the current false reality, and they’re only getting bigger; the veil already lies in tatters. As the false reality breaks apart, more and more extreme and unwanted possibilities keep getting artificially inserted into it by those who wish to keep this reality in place, in a desperate attempt to stitch it all back together:
War. Atrocities. Hatred on all sides. Rampant inflation and fear of ever scarcer resources. And on and on.
Do as you feel you must, in relation to each of these challenges. (Who am I to suggest otherwise?) But it’s a very good idea to notice each time when you’re being triggered.
Triggers are your secret keys of entry. They’re your reminder jolt: Which reality are you choosing right this minute? Not just for yourself, but for all beings?
Because here’s another extremely interesting thing to remember about timeline possibilities:
When you choose a higher alignment and (for instance) experience the immediate healing of a disease? That wasn’t actually a ‘healing.’ The disease itself hasn’t changed. You just seamlessly moved to a timeline in which that disease does not exist for you. Has never existed for you.
In some other, lower timeline, the diseased you continues on, exactly as before.
So if you feel powerless in the face of war; in the face of wanton destruction of our planet; in the face of climate change, or government corruption, or poverty, or hunger or all the rest of the doomsday scenarios? Choosing the higher alignment is the cure for all things not aligned with love.
In the higher frequency heaven-on-earth timeline reality, these sufferings don’t exist. Can’t exist. Have never existed.
So in each moment you’re triggered; in every situation where you’re being urged to take sides, judge, or seek revenge? Or close your heart and refuse to share with others in need?
Notice.
And choose carefully.
Choose the world made of love. Because by making that higher choice, here’s what you’re choosing:
The real world, heaven on earth. A clean and healthy planet—not healed, because it’s never been sick—home to myriad beings, all of whom know each other in divine peace and sacred joy.
Not like a bunch of angels strumming on harps. Let’s be real. It’s a real world, full of disagreements and the usual daily stuff. But underlying it all, such immeasurable radiance of light. Such infinite, open-hearted abundance and deepest respect for all life.
So in those triggering moments, take the ‘real world’ actions appropriate to your situation. Sure. Of course. But before you do, you might want to pause and dig deep for the oneness.
Because it’s there, waiting for you.
Yeah, you’ll mess up. Probably half a million times. But it’s that very action of messing up and self correction that is the key.
It’s you, pausing the momentum that’s trying to drag you toward reinvesting in the false world—the momentum that’s inviting you to breathe your precious life force into resurrecting the old world yet again…
And then it’s you, inserting a tiny blip of allegiance to the reality of love and oneness instead. Cumulatively. Up-voting heaven on earth, half a million times.
That’s powerful.
So we’re not required to be great spiritual masters (there’s good news!) to anchor the reality of the world made of love, on this planet. We just need to choose it to the best of our ability, each time we forget and lean the other way.
So, my friend. Cherish those triggers, each time they appear. They’re (ultimately) your liberation and mine.
And that’s reality.
